Vitals Equipment.
The following 3 items are needed for you to be able to check you own vitals at home. Invest a small amount of $$ in your health. Be able to get data for a nurse or doctor when you are on the phone with them.
Instant temperature reader. $15 An old stick in your mouth type will work but it’s slow and not always correct. Invest in a tool that gives you an instant response.
Blood Pressure reader. $30
